Welcome to Wifi Tour! By using our services or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part, we advise you to discontinue the use of our services.

Definitions

• Company: Refers to Wifi Tour, its website, and services.
• User: Refers to the person availing of services provided by the company.
• Service: Includes cab booking, car rentals, and any other travel-related services offered by the company.
• Driver: Refers to the individual operating the vehicle, who may be affiliated with third-party operators.

Services Offered

1. Cab Booking: Facilitates connections between users and registered drivers for local, one-way, or round-trip travel.
2. Car Rental: Vehicles are available for hire on an intracity or intercity basis, exclusively booked for the user’s requirements.
3. Airport Transfers: Dedicated intracity services for airport pickups and drop-offs.
4. Tour Packages: Customized itineraries for locations like Varanasi and other tourist destinations.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Facilitator Only:
   • Wifi Tour acts as a facilitator, connecting users with registered cab operators or drivers.
   • The transaction and service execution are directly between the user and the driver/operator.
2. Licenses and Permits:
   • The cab operator is responsible for ensuring all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance. Wifi Tour provides no guarantees or assurances in this regard.
3. Customer Behavior:
   • Users must follow behavioral guidelines during the trip, including no smoking or drinking, wearing seat belts, and refraining from pressuring drivers to over-speed.

• Service Execution: The company is not responsible for delays, accidents, missed connections, or the behavior of drivers. However, we will assist in resolving reasonable concerns.
• Loss/Damage: Any loss, theft, or damage to belongings during the trip is the sole responsibility of the user.
• Refunds:
  • Refunds are not applicable for completed services.
  • For cancellations made at least 24 hours before the journey, a processing fee of 5% applies, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Bookings canceled after driver and vehicle assignment will not qualify for refunds.

    Booking & Payment

    1. Confirmation:
       • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment at least 6 hours before the journey.
    2. Charges:
       • Toll taxes, state taxes, and parking fees are the responsibility of the user unless explicitly mentioned.
       • Night charges apply for trips between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
    3. Payment Security:
       • Ensure payments are made to authorized company accounts only. We are not liable for transactions made to unauthorized accounts.

• General Conditions

  1. Itinerary Changes: Any changes must be communicated directly to the company, not the driver.
  2. Vehicle Type: Specific vehicle models are subject to availability unless explicitly guaranteed during booking.
  3. Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi.

  Customer Responsibility

  1. Verification: Users must verify the vehicle and driver’s identity before the trip begins.
  2. Duty Slip Submission: At the end of the trip, both the user and driver must sign and submit a completed duty slip.
