Cancellation and Refund Policy
We allow customers to cancel their bookings anytime before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations can be made through the Wifitour app, website, or by contacting our 24/7 customer support at support@wifitour.com.
Terms for Cancelling One-Way, Local Rentals, or Airport Transfers:
- Cancellations within 4 hours of the scheduled pickup will be considered a "No-Show," and no refunds will be processed. The full advance amount will be treated as cancellation charges.
- Cancellations between 4 and 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the booking amount or the advance payment, whichever is lower. Any remaining balance will be credited to your Wifitour wallet within 30 days.
Terms for Cancelling Taxi Packages, Tours, and Other Bookings:
- 30 days or more before pickup: Full refund credited as wallet credits within 30 days.
- 16 to 30 days before pickup: 25% of the advance is deducted; the remainder is credited as wallet credits.
- 7 to 15 days before pickup: 50% of the advance is deducted; the remainder is credited as wallet credits.
- 2 to 6 days before pickup: 75% of the advance is deducted; the remainder is credited as wallet credits.
- Less than 48 hours before pickup: No refunds will be issued.
- After driver or vendor details are shared: No refunds will be processed.
Cancelling During a Trip:
Trips canceled mid-journey will require full payment of the estimated fare. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited as wallet credits to the Wifitour account.
General Policies:
- Failure to inform us of driver unavailability within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time will result in a "No-Show," with no refund.
- If a driver or vendor delays significantly, cancellation fees will not apply.
- Changes to pickup timings must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance for approval.
Exceptional Scenarios:
- Cancellations due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics) will result in a full refund as wallet credits.
- Seasonal bookings for special occasions (e.g., festivals, weddings, or peak travel times) are non-refundable.

Jurisdiction:
Disputes related to cancellations or bookings will fall under the jurisdiction of Lucknow District Court.
